Support Agents for Insurance Agencies

Fast lead follow-up, booked quote appointments and clean policy-service routing — handled as administrative support, not licensed activity.

The problem

What we usually hear

Insurance leads go cold in minutes, not days. Meanwhile your licensed producers spend their afternoons chasing voicemail and re-routing service calls that never needed a licensed person in the first place.

The approach

Where a crew fits

A dedicated crew handles the administrative layer — contacting leads quickly, gathering the information a producer needs, booking the quote appointment and routing service requests to the right desk — so licensed staff spend their time on licensed work.

The funnel

Where agents sit in the process

Your version of this is agreed during onboarding. This is the shape it usually takes.

  • Agent makes contact Within your speed-to-lead target, following approved talking points.
  • Gathers information The non-licensed intake details your producer needs to prepare.
  • Books or routes A quote appointment is booked, or the request is routed to the right internal desk.
  • CRM updated Outcome and notes are written to your agency management system.

Important limits

What agents will not do

Being explicit about the boundary protects you as much as us. These limits are written into the script before a single conversation happens.

Insurance — scope & compliance
  • Agents provide administrative and scheduling support. They do not perform activities that require an insurance licence.
  • Agents cannot quote rates, recommend coverage, bind policies, advise on suitability or discuss claims decisions.
  • Anything requiring licensed judgement is routed to your licensed staff — that boundary is written into the script.
  • Agents cannot perform regulated or licensed activities unless the applicable licensing requirements are separately satisfied, which is a matter for your agency and its regulator.
  • Renewal and marketing contact may be subject to telemarketing rules. See our compliance page.
Questions

Insurance FAQs

Can your agents quote policies?

No. Quoting, recommending coverage and binding are licensed activities. Our agents handle the administrative work around them — contacting the lead, collecting intake information and booking time with your licensed producer.

Can agents handle claims calls?

They can take the call, capture the details and route it to the correct claims contact. They do not make or discuss claims decisions.

Can agents work inside our agency management system?

Generally yes, with a user account you create and permissions you control. We work in your systems rather than asking you to adopt ours.
