About

Small Teams, Honestly Sold

Small businesses should be able to access dedicated customer-support teams without committing to a large call-center contract. That belief is the whole reason this company exists, and it shapes everything below.

Our mission

Make human customer support accessible starting with small teams.

The outsourcing industry has historically been built around volume. Minimum commitments of ten, twenty or fifty agents make sense for the provider and make no sense at all for a business that needs two people covering evenings. So those businesses either overbuy, or they go without and quietly lose customers to unanswered calls.

We start at two agents because that is the smallest team that actually works. One agent has no cover for illness, holidays or training time, which makes the arrangement fragile from the first week. Two gives you continuity, and it gives you a real view of how the setup performs before you commit to anything larger.

What we will not do

This page would normally be where a company lists its awards, its client logos and a founder story. We are a newer company, and inventing those things would be the fastest way to prove we are not worth trusting.

So instead, plainly:

  • We do not display client logos we have not earned the right to display.
  • We do not publish testimonials we did not receive.
  • We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI certification. We do not hold them. Our security page describes the controls we actually operate so you can assess them yourself.
  • We do not claim official partner status with any software vendor. Where we list a platform, it means our agents have worked in it.
  • We do not guarantee sales, appointments or revenue. We control effort, process and reporting — not your market, your pricing or your offer.
  • We do not publish employee counts or office photographs that would misrepresent our size.

Where proof is not available, we would rather use transparency than invent it. If that costs us an enquiry from someone who wanted a more impressive-looking supplier, that is a reasonable trade.

How we work

Transparency

Published starting rates, a stated list of what moves them, and telecom costs shown as their own line rather than folded invisibly into an hourly figure.

Small-team flexibility

Start at two. Add capacity when the reporting justifies it. Reduce it, with notice, when it does not. No minimum designed to protect our revenue rather than serve your need.

Client-controlled processes

Your CRM, your scripts, your escalation rules, your accounts. Agents work inside systems you own and can revoke access to at any moment.

Human support

Trained people who learn your business, not a bot with a script. That is more expensive per contact and it is the entire point of the service.

Clear reporting

Volume, outcomes, escalations and availability — including the numbers that reflect badly on us. Reporting that only ever shows good news is not reporting.

Scalability

Two agents to twenty, without renegotiating the whole arrangement each time. New agents need training time on your material, and we will tell you honestly how much.

Who this is a good fit for

We are a better fit for some businesses than others, and it saves everyone time to say which.

Probably a good fit

  • You need coverage outside your working hours and will not ask your own staff to do it.
  • You have real volume, but not enough to justify a full-time local hire.
  • The work is repeatable and can be documented well enough for someone outside your building to do it correctly.
  • You want to test a channel — outbound calling, live chat — before committing to permanent headcount.
  • You have someone who can spend a few hours a week on onboarding during the first month.

Probably not a good fit

  • Your volume is genuinely tiny — a handful of contacts a day that an existing employee absorbs easily.
  • The work requires a licence or authorisation that agents cannot hold.
  • Nothing is documented and nobody has time to document it. That work has to happen first, whoever ends up doing the job.
  • You need a certified provider for regulatory reasons. That is a legitimate requirement and we are not it.
  • You want a guaranteed number of sales or appointments. Nobody honest can promise that.

Where we work

We support businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and internationally. Coverage is built around the hours your customers contact you rather than around a fixed shift pattern of ours, which is why overnight and weekend hours are quoted separately — they cost more to staff and pretending otherwise would just mean hiding it somewhere else in the number.

Questions we would rather you asked early

If you are evaluating providers, the questions in our free outsourcing checklist are the ones worth asking — of us and of anyone else you are considering. It includes the warning signs we think you should treat as disqualifying, some of which would disqualify plenty of our competitors.
