Test a Small Support Team — Before You Hand Over Anything Bigger.
You do not need to trust us with your whole customer operation on day one. Start with 2 professionally managed agents on one defined workflow, prove it actually works, then scale only when it does.
- Start small, on one defined workflow
- See how agents are selected before you commit
- Keep your CRM, helpdesk and phone system
- Scale only when the data says to
From $2.99/hour per agent. Telecom billed separately — its own line, never hidden in the rate. Full pricing →
A small, reversible decision — not a leap of faith
You are not being asked to replace your whole support function on day one. You are being asked to try one workflow, on terms you agree to first, and judge it on data.
Start With 2 Agents
The smallest team we take on — enough for real cover, small enough to be a low-risk decision. See why two is deliberate.
One Defined Workflow
Not your whole operation — missed calls, chat, appointment setting or one specific queue, scoped in writing before it starts.
Agreed KPIs, Reviewed Together
The numbers that decide the outcome are agreed before the pilot starts, not argued about afterward.
You Keep Your Systems
Agents work inside your CRM, helpdesk and phone system throughout — nothing to migrate.
The problems we are usually called about
Most businesses do not come to us wanting to outsource. They come to us because something specific is breaking.
- “We're missing calls — and we don't even know how many.”
- “My staff are overwhelmed and support is nobody's actual job.”
- “I don't want to hire locally yet — the volume doesn't justify a full-time person.”
- “Our leads aren't being followed up until the next day.”
- “We need evening coverage but I'm not asking my team to work nights.”
- “Nobody is answering the chat widget on our website.”
- “We only need two people, and part-time hiring for that is impossible.”
- “Our sales team wastes half the week qualifying leads that were never a fit.”

Starting from $6.99/hr Explore →Pick a workflow. Agree the KPIs. Run it. Review it.
A pilot is a deliberately small, time-boxed start with success criteria agreed before it begins — so both sides find out whether the arrangement works before either has committed to something bigger.
1. Pick one workflow
Missed calls, chat, appointment setting or one ticket queue — not everything at once.
2. Agree scope & KPIs
Hours, channel, volume and the handful of numbers that decide the outcome, in writing.
3. Run it, with reporting from day one
Two agents, real customer contact, nothing hidden until a final review.
4. Review, then decide honestly
Continue, adjust, scale sooner, or stop — all four are legitimate outcomes.
Start with 2 agents. Scale when you need.
Two agents is the smallest team we take on, and it is deliberate — one agent has no cover for illness, holidays or training. Two gives you continuity and a real view of how the setup performs before you commit to anything larger.

See how agents are actually selected
Communication, listening, written English, typing, CRM comfort and scenario handling — assessed before assignment, with a published sample scorecard. And an honest answer on whether you can hear one first.
What you can actually verify
- Assessment results before assignment
- A live interview, for some campaigns
- A real pilot, where you judge a real conversation
Illustrative figures only — never a real client's results.
Reporting you can preview before you commit
Daily, weekly and monthly report formats, shown with clearly labelled demo data so nothing is mistaken for a real result.
A QA framework you can actually see
Most providers say "we monitor quality." We publish the sample scorecard and the category weighting behind it.
Built for the way your sector actually works
Where an industry is regulated, agents handle the administrative layer and regulated work stays with your licensed staff. We are explicit about that boundary on every page.

Get an Exact QuoteHiring Locally vs VoiceSupportCrew
Outsourcing is not free of trade-offs. This is what changes structurally — see the full category-by-category comparison for where in-house genuinely wins.
| What it involves | Hiring locally | VoiceSupportCrew |
|---|---|---|
| Recruitment | Job ads, screening, interviews, no-shows — repeated on every departure | Handled on our side |
| Office | Desks, rent, utilities and facilities before the first call is answered | None required |
| Computers & equipment | Machines, headsets and connectivity to buy and maintain | Provided |
| Payroll | Salaries, employer taxes, benefits, holiday and termination administration | One invoice for agent hours |
| Training | Your time, repeated in full for every replacement hire | Your material, delivered by us — and your prep work is reusable |
| Team scaling | A new hiring cycle each time, measured in months | Add agents with notice for training |
| Replacement agents | You start the whole process again and run short in the meantime | Replacement handled by us |
| Management | Supervision, HR and performance management on your plate | Day-to-day management by us — optional team leader quoted separately |
| Product knowledge | Absorbed passively by sitting in your office | Only what you document — which is real work you have to do |
| Regulated activity | Possible with the right licensing | Administrative support only — licensed work stays with your staff |
Outsourcing Customer Conversations Is a Big Decision
"What if quality drops?"
You see the QA framework and sample scorecard before committing, and can review real conversations during a pilot.
"What if we cannot get out of it?"
A pilot is a defined, small commitment with a genuine review — continue, adjust, scale, or stop are all real outcomes.
"What if our data is not safe?"
Agents work inside systems you own, with accounts you control and can revoke instantly. See security & data handling.
"What if the agent does not know our business?"
See the actual training sequence and what we ask you to prepare before go-live.
"What if it is cheap because it is bad?"
We publish the selection criteria, QA scorecard and reporting format so you can judge quality directly, not take our word for it.
"Is this a fit for my business at all?"
Sometimes the honest answer is no — see when not to outsource.

Can I really start with just 2 agents?
Yes — it is the way most clients begin. Two agents is enough to prove the workflow, test the scripts and see real reporting before you commit to anything larger. You scale when the volume justifies it, not because a contract requires it.
Are agents dedicated to my business?
Yes. Your agents work your campaign, learn your product and follow your processes. They are not answering for several businesses out of a shared queue.
Who pays phone and telecom costs?
You do, separately from agent hours. Agent pricing covers agent labour. Phone numbers, SIP, inbound and outbound minutes, dialler usage and other telecom expenses may be billed separately depending on the campaign. We would rather show it as a separate line than hide it inside an hourly rate.
Can agents use my CRM?
Yes. Agents work inside the systems you already run, using accounts you create and permissions you control. We do not ask you to move to a system of ours.
Do you guarantee sales?
No, and we would treat any provider who does with suspicion. We control effort, process and reporting. We do not control your market, your pricing or your offer.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends far more on your material than on us. A campaign with existing scripts, documented FAQs and ready system access moves quickly. A campaign where the knowledge lives in one person's head takes longer, because it has to be written down before it can be taught. We give you a realistic timeline in the proposal rather than an optimistic one.
