Start With 2. Scale When You Need.
The growth philosophy behind the whole company, explained as an operational process rather than a slogan.
Every engagement can start at two agents. Growing beyond that is a decision made from data, not a renewal cycle you are pushed into on a schedule.
The path
- 2 agents
- 3 agents
- 5 agents
- 10 agents
- 20+ agents
Signals it is time to add capacity
- Increasing call or chat queues — customers waiting longer than your target
- Seasonal demand — a predictable spike your current team cannot absorb
- Marketing campaigns — a deliberate volume increase you are creating on purpose
- Product launches — new contact types your current scripts and training do not yet cover
- New locations — expanded coverage requirements by geography or time zone
- Extended support hours — a new coverage window your current schedule does not reach
- Increased lead volume — more opportunities than your current setting capacity can work
How scaling actually works
Additional agents go through the same selection, knowledge transfer and training sequence as the original team — nothing about your business is assumed to transfer automatically to a new hire. Give reasonable notice; training takes real time, and rushing it produces a worse outcome than waiting a week longer for a properly onboarded agent.
Work out the cost of scaling
The pricing calculator applies published starting rates to whatever team size you are considering, so you can see the cost implication before committing to it.
FAQs on this stage
Can I increase the number of agents later?
Yes. Scaling up is the normal path — two agents to three, five, ten or more. New agents need training time on your material, so give us reasonable notice rather than expecting capacity the same week.
Can I reduce the team size?
Yes, subject to the notice period in your agreement. Notice exists because agents are real people on a schedule, not capacity switched off in a control panel.
